Wrestling as "The Brute," "Beautiful Brutus" and "Buggsy McGraw," Michael Davis was a main-event wrestler nearly everywhere he went during wrestling's territorial era. He headlined for wrestling promotions in Florida, Vancouver, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, Hawaii, San Francisco, New Orleans, Portland, Dallas, New York, the Canadian Maritimes, and all parts in between. As "The Brute," he was even voted as the second most recognizable television star in all of Canada.
